07 explorer door locks

I did an avital 4103 on this truck a few months ago and they have complained since the install that the truck doesnt always unlock (i have witnessed this happening). I noticed that once you remote start the truck or open the door. They will work fine until you let the truck sit for a while. Has Anyone run into this before ? I used PURPLE / gray for unlock and Gray / YELLOW For lock Luckly its a friend of mine and he has been good about it.    Ive done a bunch of these trucks with no issues using code alarm stuffIf i Can't Install it    I Don't need it   Joe

its called slam lock it must be disabled. you need to try to program this way and then try 5 mins later with remote control. all doors, hood must be shut 1. turn ign to on but doo not start 2. press unlock on door 3 times 3. turn ign off but do not remove key 4. press unlock on door 3 times 5. turn on ign on do not start. hear one chirp hit lock switch 2x horn chirp twice turn ign off and try it out.

Enabling/Disabling Autolocking, AutoUnlocking, Trim Switch Inhibit, and Perimeter Lighting:

1. All doors must be closed and remain closed throughout the configuration process

2. Turn Ignition to RUN

3. Press the Trim Panel Unlock Switch three times Turn Ignition to OFF

4. Press the Trim Panel Unlock Switch three times

5. Turn Ignition to RUN

This sequence must be accomplished within 30 seconds. Completing the sequence within 30 seconds enters program mode and is confirmed by a horn chirp. Once programming mode is entered, the feature listed below can be enabled or disabled. Each interior switch activation must occur within 5 seconds of each other in order to successfully toggle the function. Feature	First Press	Second Press
