I am doing a remote start on an 01 Dodge Grand Caravan Sport. There have been multiple topics like this and they are all closed so I had to post a new one.
I have everything hooked up and realized that any resistors that don't match the ohm load exactly will not work. I am still waiting on the proper resistors to arrive but now I have some major concerns. Hopefully someone will have had this problem or know how to fix it.
I am installing a Viper 550 esp and I have read multiple posts on this and I am getting a strange problem. After trying what I thought would work (and didn't) now the radio a/c controls and windows only work when you turn the key to accessory. When the ignition is on none of these things work. I have been installing for about 6 years now and I have never run into a problem like this before. If anyone has any incite please let me know a.s.a.p.
Thanks in advance!

Incorrect resistances on the MUX wire will cause problems with the accessory circuit (blower, radio, etc).  Remove any connections you made to the MUX wire, solder it back together,  disconnect the battery for 15 minutes and retry.

Mux wire should be Violet/Brown at Ignition switch.  Here is Buldog Security's Mux guide:  http://www.bulldogsecurity.com/diagrams/extrainfo/diagrams/17044_CARAVAN_CHRYSLER%20MINI%20VAN%20STARTER%202%20DIAGRAM.pdf
Soldering is fun!

I think the MUX wire started in 2002, are you sure you have a 2001?   What are the wire colors at your ignition switch?
