I will be installing this system minus the remote start. I went with this one for the range and LCD remote. I found that the door lock/unlock wires can be hooked into the oem door module where the factory alarm would be to operate it. I also know the trunk release will have to be on a relay for it to work. I also will be installing the prox sensor and the shock sensor is built in.
My question is what will I be hooking up to my ignition wires.
I had a 99 Civic WITH remote start where if the car was armed and they key was put in the ignition and turned not only would it not start but it would set off the alarm. That system I installed myself and it worked great (791xv). I never had to use any additional relays or anything.
***If anyone could tell me what I would have to connect (Wire Colors/Location) in the S2000 to accomplish this "starter kill" I would greatly appreciate it!***
Other than that I believe it should be a smooth install. Again no need for remote start so I wont be needing the pkall boxes either.

Pink to ignition (BLACK / YELLOW) cut starter, (BLACK/ white), green to key side, violet (or purple as I call it) to starter side, connect all the fused wires to the ignition 12v+ constant (white?), actually, you don't need the fuses although it's obviously safer because that wire has a 50amp fuse in the engine bay fusebox.

Awesome! Just the answer I needed. I have another question though. Is there any aftermarket harnesses made to avoid cutting factory wiring? For example a harness made to splice into?

actually the only power wires you need to hook up are the pink Ign from the 5901 and the smaller red 12V on the secondary harness... you dont need to connect the thicker main powers as they are only used to power the internal XCRS pack (which you are not usintg)
