early 2000 saturns l and s series

I have done a few saturn cars mainly the 2000-2005 L and S series cars where they seem to have some sort of hybrid passlock system. Some of these cars have an extra 2 wires coming from the cylinder near the passlock wires. I have tried using the older bypasskit stuff, the new flash logic stuff, and hard wiring with relays and resistors and i always get this result.

The car remote starts fine, and 99% of the time the flash logic unit controls the alarm functions as intended, but in all cases the Security light stays illuminated even after key takeover. The only way to get rid of the light is to restart the vehicle using a valid key. This is a minor annoyance but i would like to find an answer.

I can not find any info on these 2 black mystery wires (which are not always present). I have not gotten a car like this in several months, but with the season coming up i figured i would ask the community. Any ideas?

Possibly a dumb question but you are using the correct module AND powering the key sense wire right??

Sorry, got a response from idatalink. It is being moved over to the hard wire install, and yes all wires that i could find to simulate the key are being powered appropriately. I was told today by our audiovox rep than we should keep the bypass active until the ignition is turned off using the programmable transponder port.
