IMy mom has an 05 Durango with remote start. Long story short, she lost the only key a lil while ago but still has the remote transmitter. There is a Dodge dealer close to us but they've closed for the day and we cant get a key made until Monday and she works tonite. My question is how can I over ride the kill switch when the brake is depressed to keep the truck running, until we can get a key?

You could just cut the brake wire going into the remote starter. Look up above the brake and you should be able to see the switch and then an aftermarket wire spliced in there.
Just keep in mind that the engine will die every time your remote starter's runtime times out. Probably 12 or 15 minutes or so.
Also, if the Durango has a mechanical steering-wheel lock, you won't be able to steer anyway.
P.S. You might also try to some locksmiths. Many will come to you, even on the weekend, and might even be a little cheaper than the dealer.
If you have AAA Plus, I think they pay for the first $100 of locksmith service. Even if you don't have AAA, call them at 1-800-AAA-HELP and they will probably tell you who they would use, and then call that locksmith yourself.
