could someone tell me what each wire is on the alarm, what wire it goes to on vehicle, and location of connection to be made. thanks for any help

There are wiring guidelines here on this site, also at http://www.bulldogsecurity.com/ , to get you started. If you don't have the install guide it is in the Download section of this site. Test and verify ALL wires with a DMM.

What kind of bypass module are you using?

Do a search on this forum. There is a lot of good info on this car and where to get at certain wires in previous posts. I just did an 01 monte carlo and using the info contained in some of those posts made the install go real smooth.

i read several informative sites. i have ordered a spdt relay, 470 ohm resistor, and 2 1 amp diodes. also the bypass unit. is this all i need that is extra for this monte

I used 2 relays for the door locks since it is a single wire lock system.

i found the diagram for my car and the alarm, but what color on alarm to what color wire on vehicle. do you run the red power of the car to all three red on the big wire harness. and what wire on alarm does the dk green on car tie into
