I have a 2011 toyota camry with a autopage RS665 and a XK05 PK2 bypass module. When I remote start the car it won't start. The ignition goes on but starter will not crank. I put key in ignition and car still won't start with remote. If I start vehicle with key and than remote start it, I can remove key from ignition in off position and car will stay on. I can also shut it off with remote after removing key. On the xk05 I added the blue ignition in wire to yellow ignition wire on vehicle.

A couple of thoughts.

Did you power both Starter wires at the ignition switch?  AudioVox lists two Ignition wires ( Yellow & Pink ), two Starter wires ( Blue & Gray ) and one Accessory wire ( White ).

Check your ignition key.  Is there a "G" stamped on the metal blade?  The last I heard, only the PKALL could do the "G", 80 bit, keys ( following a special guide ).  I see they are listing the XK05 with PKT2 firmware for your car now.  I would give them a call to verify it will work with 80 bit keys, if you have the "G" key.

Soldering is fun!

I think Kreg has the answer, both starter wires are not energized. DO NOT simply jump them together, use a relay...
