i just installed this into a 95 Integra, just locks, starter, tach wire, prk lights, but no horn. It turns on the accessory, but when it tries to start, all the dash lights click off. It tries 3 times then gives up. Car starts fine with the key. I used the chart from .bulldogsecurity.com
I need to verify i'm in Auto mode and tach sensing. Viper did a lousy way to program these. They should have done first flash-space-second flash set. Like programming an r/c esc or reading error codes from an obd1 ecm.
thanks

if you weren't in auto mode it wouldn't even attempt at all. tach sensing is very simple you start the vehicle and hold the programming button until it lights up. done.
Is the car manual?

no, it's auto. I did the tach sensing.
does the engine checking mode automatically go to tach when i do the tach sense programming? I put it in tach mode before i did the tach sence, in case the order makes a difference.
I took out the H1/10 WHITE/ blue...didn't think i needed it.
