I want to use the factory remotes to remote start my car but want to be able to retain keyless entry while the car is running. Is this possible? I get  great range with the factory remotes and don't really want to carry an extra remote. The key and remote is one peice. The Avital 4003 and ADS-DLSL CA2 would let me use the factory remote for RS but won't allow keyless entry. Do I have any options?

Some vehicles have a stand alone keyless entry module.  Since the door lock info for your vehicle says to catch the door lock wiring at the Body Integrated module, it will be very difficult if at all possible.  If it had a stand alone piece it would be as simple as cutting the ignition wire that tells it the car is running.

Does the key have a button to release the rear hatch?  Does that work with the car running?  If so, and you do not use that often, you could possibly delete the hatch open feature and use that to trigger the remote start.

You lost me.....how would this allow me to use the keyless entry to unlock the doors while the car is running? The factory remote does have  rear hatch and panic buttons but none of the remote key functions work while the engine is running.
