door locks wont work/or alarm system

2 weeks ago I had a company install a viper 5901 system in my 09 silverado. Worked great. I have aftermarket power door locks (SPAL) but he hooked the 5901 to that and it worked great as well. Well I was doing some work on my headlights. Everything seemed to work fine. Once I put all the wires back, i notice my viper system didnt work, nor the door locks. Even when i pressed the switch for the locks on the door. NOTHING. I tried starting it up with the key and my truck wouldnt start. I replaced a fuse in the box and the truck starts up now. But the door locks wont work or VIPER system. I checked the fuses on the viper system and the door lock module and they are not blown. I have no idea what happened. I didnt even touch any wires related to the door locks or alarm. Does anyone know what possibly can be wrong. I can take to alarm back to the guy who installed it and have him check that out, But im more worried about the door locks. I had the dealer install them when i bought the car. (didnt know they were putting in aftermarket locks). Please any help would be wonderful.

Wouldn't surprise me if the install shop tapped into the same feeds that were used for supplying the aftermarket door locks. There is a nice sized constant hot right behind the fuse box, easy to get to with driver dash panel down. More than likely if you pop down that panel you will see there is another fuse blown in addition to the one you have already identified. Many shops have experiences with 'owner error' and will not over charge you to diagnose the problem. Just be honest with them when you take it back, tell them exactly what you were doing and all of the symptoms. This will minimize their time spent troubleshooting.Installer, IT support, and FFL. I need less hobbies.

Ok I found the fuse. It does look like both alarm and door locks were tapped into this power supply. I changed the fuse 30A but still nothing. Is there another fuse im missing connected to that hot. Maybe in the fuse box under the hood?. I know its a fuse because theres no power going to either device. There must be a fuse im missing/
