2004 silverado alarm

hi guys im installing a viper 5901 in a 2004 silverado manual.

problems, i dont know how to set up the remote start or have a diagram for the remote start s far as the relays etc.. second is the light on the control unit is always blue , it doesnt flash at all. the truck does arm and disarms horn activates doors lock n unlock. the main issue is how to set up the remote start and get rid of that nnoying solid blue led. any help would be awesome. thanks

Ssounds like it is in Valet Mode.  Try pressing the F button twice and then the UNLOCK button to exit valet mode.
