07 Honda Fit GD. (AT)

installed prostart ct 3200..everything works fine..

cept that i need a bypass..for now i just tape the chip around the key ring.......

problem is that

when i remote start my car, my factory remote "lock and unlock" dont work +

only works when i use the prostart remote to unlock it , it works, and the dome lights dont come on when i unlock it,

is there a wire i need to tap? inorder for the lights to work with the prostart remote??

cuz i'll only know if my car is unlock if i see my var light up from far...

buy yourself a bypass and do it properly.

the pkall or fortin honda-sl3 is the cheapest bypass solutions available. Idatalink has good ones too but cost a tad more.

under remote start, the keyless entry system (honda) will no longer work, this is normal. As far as the dome light, you will need to use the courtesy lightutput from the prostart (dome light supervision)  and connect that to the domelight wire in the car. use a relay.

however, i never had an issue with domelights going on when unlocking for the japanese cars.

And you shouldn't even need domelight supervision on a late Honda, the courtesy light feed is built into the lock mech.
Throw away the Honda remote fob you won't need it so that's one problem solved, as for not seeing it, have you not wired to the lights?

Then use your R/S status output, link it to your door trigger. That will bring on the dome light during R/S.
