Hi all, did the search forum bit and I did not get all the information i was looking for.
I have a 2008 armada LE (it's not push start button it's the one you have to turn as long as you have key on you) , and am looking to install the remote starter myself. I do have experience working on cars.
Just looking for a unit to start the car, nothing fancy.
Keeping it simple.
Any advice on what unit to purchase, and what modules needed?
If you can direct me to a website that would be great.
Anyone ever install one on this model before? What am i looking?
Possibly where to find the wire diagram?
Thanks

Everyone knows what opinions are like, but my suggestions would be: Avital 4113 with a ADS/Idata Module. You can find the install manual for the ADS piece online to see if you are comfortable with the task. Your vehicle has what's known as 'intellikey'.
Installer, IT support, and FFL. I need less hobbies.

I totally agree, the 3113 and the Idatalink nodule will work perfectly  for you...
