I am replacing the factory driver's door actuator on my 1998 Land Rover Discovery with a generic 5-wire unit.  The aftermarket has the usual blue, green, black, brown, white.  The Rover harness has black,  orange, pink, yellow/pink, BROWN / pink.  I imagine the Black goes to black (both ground),  orange to blue, pink to green (or reverse if backwards), but I cannot figure out where the yellow/pink and BROWN / pink go.  I know the yellow/pink is the "switch" because that is where I have the 5-pin relay hooked up to. 

Any help is appreciated.

This is what testing is all about.
I'm pretty sure from memory that Orange and Pink are the motor wires (Green = lock and Blue = unlock when the actuator is vertical.
With the door panel removed and the lock latch pushed back, activate the central locking either by the remote or key in door.
Both of those wires should be NEG. at rest, one will go to 12v+ on lock whilst the other stays on NEG. and vice versa on unlock.
Black goes to black of course and the other two, see what happens when you set it up. If pushing down on the activator UNLOCKS the other doors, then turn them round.
The important first stage is to test and find the motor wires.
