Well it's not a huge problem. But my remote has stopped beeping. It has fresh battery's in it and I think I did something with the consent silent arm/disarm, I work graveyards at a group home, the chirp has woken residents up. So I silent arm/disarm it when I need to get into my truck at night.

Any Ideas how to make it beep again?

If it maters. It is in a 1991 Chevy S10 Baja edition.

On page 11 & 12 of the Viper 5701 Owners Manual are the steps to set up the remote control.
