I think that this is the only part of that info that you need.
WIRE          COLOR          POLARITY          LOCATION
Power Unlock          YELLOW/VIOLET          (-)          DRIVERS KICK PANEL
ALSO FOUND AT SJB, PIN 4 OF 26-PIN GRAY PLUG
PowerLock          BLUE/GREEN          (-)          DRIVERS KICK PANEL
ALSO FOUND AT SJB, PIN 17 OF 26-PIN GRAY PLUG
Connect the lock and unlock wires of your alarm to the appropriate wires above.

Thanks for the reply. I saw that but i thought in order to preserve the "Priority unlock" feature of the car i would need to use a 5 wire or a reverse polarity setup ?? to connect directly to the motor inputs at the SJB. IN addition to the connections you replied with.

x 2 with Mr. I but if you were thinking of priority unlock look at this diagram:- priority_unlock.bmp
Standard Bosch type 5 pin relay, 1N4004 diode across the coil, cut the driver's unlock as per the diagram. Since you've broken the rules and haven't told us what alarm, I've used black as the second unlock wire. If you don't have a second unlock use an aux.

well i went out to check it out on the car. It looks like the wiring diagram is wrong the wire maintains +12 volts and when the lock is actuated this drops to 0v indicating positive polarity and therefor the exact opposite of the wiring diagram... how will this effect the relay setup?

OOPS.... disregard the last two messages.... i followed your diagrams and it looks like its going to work.... i will attach the brain tomorrow but they worked by grounding out the alarm inputs so i can't imagine any different result.

A) Mr.I never makes a mistake.
B) Euro Focus (which yours is based on) have always used NEG trigger locks.
C)You're doing something wrong with your testing.
The best way to test lock triggers (not the motor wire which is the driver door unlock) is old school.
Use a Snap-On BULB test light, only open the door where you are working and latch over the lock, remove key from ignition and with one end to a good ground probe the suspect wires. This will confirm your wiring.

thanks, I like that method alot better.... I went ahead and installed the brain and i am confused about the programming. i think its menu 1 option 8 but i don't know what value to set to allow for 2nd unlock (priority unlock). It will unlock drivers side all day.... not any others.
