Hello!!

This is my first time that I write to your great forum because I have a big very big problem with my  car alarm!

The model is 3901T directed electronics with 508d and 504m (shock sensor). So....the person who installed the alarm do not adjust the sensitivy neither from on-board sensor ,neither from 504d. After a few days I went it back to fix it.So he adjust the sensitivity from 504d in a half but the car alarm is full alarm only on front wheels and not in back, (VW GOLF V is the car). I do not have the pre-warn in glass or bumber and I have only full alarm. The afjustment in main board of 3901T is in the half? or not... So my question is....if I adjust the sesitivity from main board which is double stage sensor will the problem fix it?And I can adjust the sensor without be in valet mode (only unlock the car and adjust it). I am so confused if this...because my neighbor car which has the same sensor is in half and ALL the car has in glass-bumper-tire pre-warn and full alarm.

Thank so much for my long text but I am very confused!
