Guys I'm a little stumped. What do I do with the duplicate wire on the 18 pin H3 harness that match the 10 pin remote start heavy harness. There is a pink violet and orange. are these for cars with factory remote starts that or do I need these tied in with the matching heavy gauge in the 10 pin remote harness.
Alarm locks unlocks chirps, but I lost my dome light. I must have the dome supervision hooked up wrong.
Also remote start worked at first but it wouldn't crank with key. so i changed the wires on the ignition harness and now it starts with the key through the brain, and says its remote started but all it does is engage i here clicks and the remote eventually comes back and says low tach signal. So i figure I need to learn the tach signal but now for some reason I cant access the menu to change my tach settings or any for that matter. But i got valet and just not able to get into program menu.
Does this system have a reset or can it lock you out? Also i have no 12v on violet when i hit the remote start so I must have a wire wrong. I have red and red black to constant 12v and pink to key on 12v. Orange to accessory 12v.
Any help is appreciated. If someone has done this truce can you tell exactly what color i should have the ignition wires on please.

I want to clarify that it would start without key as it should. But when you get in truck to drive away and try and start the truck normally insert the key it would not crank.
