Hi everyone,
I have a Viper 571xv installed on a 99 Audi A4. The unit works fine but Im trying to change my channel 2 and channel 4 output, along with some other items from Menu 1. I follow the procedure to access menu 1, it confirms my selection by flashing the number of times to indicate which feature I'm at, now for the problem: On feature 10 for example (channel 2), it says there should be 4 options delayed validity, latched, latch reset, and 30 second timed; each with its own number of flashes. However, when I use the lock and unlock buttons on my remote to select the feature it only turns the LED On or Off, so it seems there are only two options..
By the way, I dont get how in the manual it says to press "channel 1" for LED on setting and press "channel 2" for LED off setting. The remote programming table says channel 1 is for the auto learn feature...

Hi everybody,
I have a viper 571xv installed on a 1999 Audi A4. It has the little antenna, not sure which model, but Im wondering if I can install a 543t antenna for better range?
Thanks
