a/c doesn't blow when remote started

I have a 2004 Ford Mustang and when I remote start it to have the A/C blowing when I get in the car it doesn't work yet if I do the heat in the winter time it works like a champ. When I am in the car using the ac I can hear the ac compressor turning on and off but I never hear that when I remote start it.

Sounds like you are not powering up an Accessory wire during remote start.  There appears to be more than one for your car.  The wire guides differ on their info.  Below is the info from several guides.  The best way is to use your Digital Multi Meter and check / test each wire, then connect the remote starter accordingly.

Ok I noticed I had 2 gray / YELLOW wires under the dash so I tried hooking both up along with the other one plus the BLACK/ lt. green but still nothing. Would it work if I ran a wire on my remote starter to the wire that energizes the A/C Clutch Control. I have a wiring diagram from a Clinton manual but none of those wires are the ones I currently have hooked up to the remote starter.

If it works with a normal  key start up, then it should work with a remote starter. 

First verify that the remote starter is indeed outputting power on all its' Ignition & Accessory wires.  ( Possible blown fuses. )

Depending on the R/S model, you might need to add additional relays and circuits to properly isolate and power all the required ignition circuits.

And of course, break out the DMM and test all the cars' ignition wires at the ignition switch to correctly identify each.
