I am doing remote starter on this car and i don't know how to bypass the autolights. Can i cut that green wire from the light switch harness and bypass with a relay ?Keeping this green wire open during remote starter will prevent the autolight to stay on during and after shut down ? The unit is a RS3 from crimestopper.Any ideas! Thanks!

My wife has a 99 Camry and I put Remote start on it last week after we bought it. The auto lights shut down when the car cuts off. Are you not wanting them to come on at all or something? Not sure what your purpose is.

If your unit has a rearm output you can use it to pulse the door pin making the car think that the door has been opened. This will shut the auto lights off if they don't shut off automatically.
