Any one familiar with this model?Trying to help a friend install one in his 2010 carolla.car has standard key,i used a PKALL bypass and that programed fine.the viper modual will lock/unlock but doesn't seem like it gets command to start.Have everything hooked up according to thier in stall guide with the exception of the small wires on the satellite relay harness(doesnt really specifically say where to connect them),no hood pin wire,no WHITE/ blue activation wire hooked up.i am useing the blue/white second status wire as myu ground when running, should that be switched to the blue on satellite relay instead?I have the toggle switch hooked up for the nuetral safety and still nothing with switch in either on/off.switch off i can get diagnostic code 7,switch it on and cant get any codes.dunno maybe modual is defective.

Nobody has any thoughts?Have double/triple checked wire connections and everything seems corect. The wires I didnt connect shouldnt affect the unit from trying to work.Thinking possable remote issue now(havent tried second remote yet)as when you push startbutton the remote doesnt light up like it's sending a signal to start, but if i push AUX button it lights up tx/rx led then the start led lights for a swcond'so maybe its the remote.

Also, what would the smaller wires on the satellite relay connect to?looks like i could use the blue for ground when running status but what about the others?

Thanks in advance for any info someone can offer

Have you tried putting in a new fresh battery into the remote?

Try to start it using the WHITE/ blue by tapping it to ground. It will at least let you know it is connected correctly...

smokeman, ill have to check again tomorrow on exact wires on car but i've checked like 3 times to make sure they r correct.

lock/unlock is fine, modual wont even click or try to do anything when i tap the WHITE/ blue or when remote is pushed.the wierd thing is remote seems to transmit signal to start when i push aux button.gonna try to program the second remote and see what  that does and check all wireing again, will update on sat

Also on the wiring, are all of the connections soldered?   No Scotchlock or T-Taps?
