Hi every one, I am installing a keyless entry system on my 1995 Mazda 323 Protege and have hit a bit of a wall. I have got everything set up including the constant +12v which I have taken from the ignition harness (located behind the diver side kick panel), the ground which I attached to the body just behind the kick panel, the brake switch lead and the ignition lead. The only thing I am having problems with is making the hazards flash when the lock or unlock button is pressed. I was thinking that I need to attach the wire coming from my keyless entry unit to the wire going from the hazard switch to the flash unit but I cant seem to locate the fellow anywhere. Can I just as easily make my parking lights flash instead? if so where would I find the light switch and the RED / black wire going to the parking lights? Thanks in advance for any help provided. I will keep working on this during the weekend and if I get every thing working I will make sure to post a detailed guide on how to complete this project.

Hazard flash wire would be behind your hazard light. You can just find the color of that wire and then find the same color under your dash.
If not, you can find the alarm wiring diagram for your car which will tell you which wire sets of your parking lights.

Indicator wires are probably GREEN/ black and either GREEN/ YELLOW, GREEN/ blue or GREEN/ red.*
Coming off the back of your hazard switch or steering column loom.
Your KE entry unit needs to have 2 wires, pos, one for each side. If not, one via 2 x 2N5404 diodes in line, bands away from KE unit towards those wires.
* Test and confirm the colours at the tail lights.
