02 infinity i35 remote starter

Plan to install a Viper #5501 remote starter with the Xpresskit PKALL transponder module. I tried to obtain the specific wiring tech sheets from Directed Electronics...after a very long wait on phone hold, the service rep rudely told me that, "I am not an authorized dealer and will not be provided any information." (this is customer service?) Does anyone have access to this information from Directed? Thanks.Stephen Wall

They definitely don't offer tech support to do-it-yourselfers....and also not even to professionals unless you buy from them direct. That being said, just go to www.xpresskit.com and you should be able to find an installation guide there.
