Hi.
I am installing this alarm on a 2003 Infiniti G35 coupe automatic, navigation, Bose. I have a few questions.
1. How to program Autopage alarm for "double pulse unlock"?
(read manual and it is not there)
2. Do I absolutely have to run wires to door for lock/unlock?
(read online about a BCM trick, but when tested DMM could not find)
3. I also read that window up/down can be contolled on aux channels on lock/unlock
wires. How do I do this, diodes?
Any tips/tricks for this car or alarm? I am a newbie to alarms.
Thank you very much in advance.

I tried contacting Autopage, but was unsuccessful I did however leave them a message to call me back.
Anyone have suggestions to any of the questions?

1. The programming instructions should be in the install manual. Did you look in the owner's manual instead by chance?
2. As far as I've seen you must go into the door for the lock/unlock. The harness between the door jamb and door boot will most likely be a molex plug. Do a search on here for how to properly run wires through the plug.
3. If the vehicle has the window roll up/down option by extending the ground on the lock/unlock wires then you can tie the aux inputs into the lock wires and set the outputs as validity. Then you would hold the button(s) for the aux outputs to roll the windows up/down. That only works if the vehicle has the option. You can test this by turning and holding the key in the lock cylinder.

Thanks offroad!
Solved
1. Yes, programing is on page 21 on installation manual.
2. Darn molex! Found empty pins, drilled out and ran wires.
Help
3. Vehicle does have this option. The aux channels on the alarm can be programed to provide 1sec-2min ground output.
How do I set outputs to validity?
Do I wire the aux wires to the same lock/unlock wires, no diodes?

Aux channel programming as follows,
1. Latched output.
2. Latched output and reset with ignition on.
3. Timer programed (set to any interval between 1sec-2min).
Which one do I use for ground output only while pressing buttons on transmitter?
Do I just wire the aux wires directly to lock/unlock wires?

If there is no validity option then you can set it to a timed output. Get a rough estimate on the time it takes for all your windows to go down / up and set the timed output for slightly over that. Holding the ground for a short time after they are up/down won't affect the windows because they have a factory resistance shut down.

Thank you!
I will set the appropriate time.
What about wire connections do I connect aux wires directly to lock/unlock wires?

I would diode isolate them just to make sure it deosn't backfeed into the brain. Doubt it would ever hurt the brain, but better to be safe than sorry.

You could have done the bcm trick. It works for all Nissan infinity. :)

When I tested the empty pins on brown plug at BCM at rest I got ~7volts then ~6volts when turning key on driver door cylinder.
Is this correct?
The wires at door measured ~7 volts at rest then 12volts when turning key cylinder at drivers door.
