Hello every one. I was currently working on a 2009 Hyundai Sonata. I install a Viper 5902, smart start module, back-up battery (520T). I want to add the 530T window module into the system for the front windows. According to directechs it has Type A window systems and have the wiring to it too. The problem is that I can not figure out how to wire the system up. I have heard that it is not possible to add the 530T to this vehicle.

I was wondering if any one has had the chance to work with this vehicle and if there is any trick to adding the 530T to the system.

thank you

Why is it not possible? Just go to the motor wires in each door.
Type A is the most common, simply means that the motor wires rest at 0v.

The only other down side I can think of is if there are processors directly attached to the motors like a Mitsubishi Montero.

Yeah. That's what I was told from another tech. That on some of these cars because of the auto window up/down it is necessary to go directly to the motor housing and get connections from there.
Have you heard of having to do that?

Yes Mitsubishi Gallant wires from processor to motor, if as I said the processor and motor are one with no external wiring between the two don't go any further!
Otherwise it's normal procedure to wire a 530t to each set of motor wires; read the instructions and you will see why.

Yeah. Know why. I don't want gray hairs at an early age. I won't be going any further. I'm pretty sure that's how its laid out.
Thank sir, I appreciate the feed back.
