The Hornet 570T remote start is installed on 99 Honda Accord. The remote is RPN 471T which was a replacement and previously programmed and functioning. Remote quit working. I went through the programming process but don't get the confirmation flash of parking light to confirm remote is programmed. The battery is new and good. Any thoughts on what could cause the remote to not program would be much appreciated.

Probably just a bad remote if it used to work and stopped for no apparent reason. Verify that the antenna is plugged in to both the brain and the unit. If you have another antenna I would try that too...but the remote itself is probably bad. I have had a few go bad over the years, the remote takes the most abuse.

Installer, IT support, and FFL. I need less hobbies.
