A 2010 without a transponder? Are you sure about that? How did you determine it does not have a chip in it? I can't recall one that new that didn't have a transponder. If you post a picture of the circuit board in the remote it would allow us to determine if it does or does not have that chip.
I would suggest picking up a ADS-AL-CA (
www.idatalink.com) flashed for your vehicle. It will do door locks, alarm, handle the MUX circuit, transponder bypass, etc.
Installer, IT support, and FFL. I need less hobbies.
