Here are some documented issues and my current setup with explanations of my alarm install.
Opening a Door will not sound the alarm.
Tacoma is setup to trigger the dome lights through the door pin that trips the ground to the circuit. I connected the Green wire from the Clifford H1 harness to the BLACK/ white wire at the Tacoma fusebox. Pictures of each is included below…not sure if this circuit will only really work whenever the door actuator system is working, or if I have something connected/programmed incorrectly.

What is not happening correctly? Since the Tacoma uses a ground network to set off the dome light, does that constitute the Green or Violet wire to be used?
Door actuator system is not locking/unlocking the aftermarket actuators.
Actuators installed in the doors operate by reverse polarization…meaning +12 on the red, black to ground will lock the actuator…+12 to the black and red to ground will unlock the actuator (could be vice versa…but the point is made).

Both actuators are tied together with a single set of outputs. Multiple different setups used, NONE worked.
First setup, from Clifford 12.5X installation guide for aftermarket actuators:

Using the diagram above…I have connected it just like it shows, with no inputs on either relay at the 85 or 86 ports. The BROWN / Black and WHITE/ Black were tied together and spliced with a wire going to chassis ground. The Violet wire set were looped with a single wire connecting the 2 relays. Each output was spliced at the Relay connector with the wire from the harness and a free wire that was tied to the door actuator. This did not produce anything.
Using the diagram above…I have connected just like it shows but put a +12V line spliced into the Violet/Violet-Black line and nothing connected on either relay at the 85 or 86 ports, the rest was connected as stated in the previous paragraph. This resulted in blown 15A fuses at the combined and fuses Violet/Violet-Black lines.
Looking on www.the12v.com for various ways to wire in reverse polarization door actuators produced these 2 diagrams:

Using this diagram, I used the violet set with a good fuse as the +12V, using the Blue/Black and GREEN/ Black from the alarm harness as the alarm lock/unlock, and splicing the WHITE/ Black and BROWN / Black into the grounds. Single wires from both Relay #30 ports were tied directly to door actuators. This did not produce anything.
Using the same setup as mentioned above, the fuse was removed from the Violet set and a constant +12 was spliced in its place. This did not produce anything.

I used this as reference…but did not change the +12V on 85/86 from the previous diagram to the grounds shown above.    Would this make a difference??
Questions for Door Actuators:
--Following the diagram listed in the installation guide…is there something that I should have done differently with the Relay 85/86 ports?
--Does the Violet wires set from the alarm harness actually produce a +12V signal or does it need to be tied to a +12V source so that the alarm sees a +12V signal? (if it’s the later, then why were fuses blown in my setup?)
--Could the relays in my system be bad? How do you check to make sure they are good?
--The 2 diagrams from www.the12volt.com does it really matter about the 85/86 ports being +12V or being ground? Could this be the reason that it does not work?
--How exactly do I need to connect everything up to the relays and alarm harness so that my alarm is fully functional?
Any help is greatly appreciated!!

You have to have 85 and 86 hooked to 12v and ground for them to actually energize the relay. Normally it doesnt matter which is which but it all depends on the relay (some may have a diode preventing back feeds on those terminals). Purple and PURPLE / Black will go to ground or 12v depending on the polarity of the actuators (so 12v for positive lock, or ground for negative locks)
As far as your door trigger, that should be correct but only for the left front door, so test by rolling down driver window, arm vehicle, then open door from inside. I didn't look up a tech sheet, so not sure if that wire catches all doors or not.

Green to the vehicle BLACK/ white.
Use the diagram you've shown and double check your wiring. Fuse blowing means something the wrong way round.
If that unit has internal relays, i.e. 6 wire outputs, wth have you bothered with extra relays?
KISS!!!

Was able to figure out what was wrong...internal relays in the module, so no externals were needed (not overly explicit in the instructions to this setup). The door trigger in the instructions are incorrect for vehicles without factory door locks. The wire that needs to be tapped into is the WHITE/ BLACK dome light trigger located in the driver's side a-pillar.
