I'm putting in a Viper 5902 into a 2000 Chevrolet Silverado. I always prefer to hook up both ignitions and both accessories on GM's. I was going to use the PINK/BLACK to go straight to the 2nd ignition on the truck which leaves me with nothing for the 2nd accessory. How should I wire up an external relay and what from the brain will need to go to it. Thank you in advance!

Look at these two diagrams.
A is the simplest, B is if you have "flex" or satellite relay outputs or NEG triggers. I believe you do.
Don't forget the MANDATORY diodes or say goodbye to the 5902.
Standard Bosch/Tycho "cube" relays if only 5 terminal types are available, you can still use, just don't use 87a.

The only problem with the one I posted is there are no diodes so i would combine the 2 diagrams and add the diodes to the one I posted. Or just use howie's B diagram

Thanks guys! Now is all this even really necessary on this truck? I'm reading in a lot of different topics that half the people are hooking up the 2 ignitions and the one accessory is apparently sufficient and the other half say its not.
