My kid has a 1991 Honda Accord EX 2 door. Part of the passenger side seat belt is missing and the warning buzzer/beaper is always on.He has looked for some kind of disconnest but cannor find it. Anybody know how to disable the audio for the seat belt warning on this car. ?     Thank You

Is there a single wire at the location where the seat belt is attached to the frame of the car?   
If so, try grounding that wire.
