Just installed an Autostart remote starter with an Xpressit Dball onto a 2004 Grand Prix. The remote is 2way and I installed it D2D.

Everything works great except that when I originally installed it I could unlock all doors by pressing the unlock button twice. Now only the drivers door will unlock?? The remote will lock all doors.

Any ideas?

Probably not your issue, but have you tried different 'timing' with each button press? I know that some units can be a little tricky on how quickly (or slowly) you make the 2nd button press. Either way, there should be a way to turn off driver priority unlocking.

Thanks, I'll play with that.

The good news is that my "customer" (wife) prefers it only unlocking drivers door, she sees it as added security. Just frustrates me a bit that the unit doesn't work like it should.
