i fitted a viper 5904, to my subaru wrx 07

i hooked the doom light wire to the module works ok unlock/lock with no worries

but when driving mainly. taking off and slowing down, the dome light comes on and also the door switch wire on the cluster turns on and off

does anyone have any ideas?

Yes, probable bad door pin or your dome light supervision wire is shorting to ground.

I checked all the door switches and wiring is all good. It only happens when slowly down and taking off tho?

Err, we've done that one already Lucas viper 5904 wrx 07 dome light issues -- posted image.
You might check your voltage between the R/S fuses and ground.

Could the dome light wire be getting a earth from the alarm module? R/s fuses?

dissconnected the alarm, didnt play up

after disconnect my domelight wire from alarm it still played up

it was my additional shock sensor i plugged into the alarm

all fixed now, but why did that cause the issue?
