Ready remote shows this for the door trigger:
Door Trigger      gray/black (ajar); tan (open)      -      BCM, pink plug, pin 10; gray plug, pin 23
Notes: The BCM (Body Control Module) is under the passenger dash.
Maybe try seeing what the gray/black wire reads with each door open?

same thing, only drivers door. instead of white wire from alarm, i used purple to trigger the dome light(+) to activate alarm. so know any door turns on dome light and its triggered.

Yup, that should work fine. The only thing you have to remember is that the alarm will not be active for the doors until the dome light shuts off.

I thought that if you use the dome wire positive on this van they won't work if you turn off the domelight at the switch? Might want to check.

And that is exactly why I wish I could get Directechs access again... but the purchase requirements to get access are next to impossible for a small shop like mine to do.

As Mike posted, test to make sure they work with the dome light turned off. The domelight wire may not be active if it is turned off and therefore would not trigger the alarm.
