viper 5704 only starts for 3 min

Hi i installed my 5704 with an idata link bypass this summer  on my 07 dodge ram and everything works fine until now that its getting cold I realize that it will only run for 3 minutes and then shut down, the interrior acessories (radio fan etc) will remain working for the full 12 min that I have the remote start runtime set to. The remote start diagnosis provides no information. Any ideas? Ive played with a few of the settings but nothing has worked. Thanks in Advance!

Ok so update, my commnad start works for that approx 3 minutes then it shuts the engine off and only the radio remains on, but this time i realized that my 2 way remote still shows the engine started symbol and the countdown timer continues to countdown even though the engine has stopped. I waited the 12 minutes and got the #1 and #4 flashes from the shutdown diagnisis. #1 is the runtime exp and the #4 is the transmitter shutdown (or optional push button)
