09 g6 , 5704v doesn't crank long enough

Hello, I'm installing a Viper 5704v on an 09 Pontiac G6 with a db-all and using D2D. When I press the remote start, the ignition turns on and will sometimes crank but only for a split second. I've tried adjusting the crank time, check mode, and starter release but no matter what it does the same thing. I have all the wires from the dball soldered in correctly, along with the ignition and accessory - outputs through relays. I do not have the heavy gauge wires from the rs hooked up. On the viper I have hooked up:
H1/1 12V constant
H1/2 Ground
H2/2 Neutral safety to ground
H2/10 Ignition to relay to ignition
H2/22 Accessory to relay to accessory
Neutral safety switch on
D2D to dball

Not sure what the logic was behind using the (-) 200mA outputs and relays instead of the H3 outputs but, just for grins,
try connecting the H3/1 Pink Ignition Output to the vehicle as shown in the DB-ALL GM5 Type 1 install diagram instead
of the using the added external Ignition relay.  You will also need to connect the H3/6 Red wire to +12V constant.  The H3/1
Pink Ignition Output wire is listed as an output and input wire and does more than just a simple output function.

Thank you for your reply, I'll give that a shot. The reason I avoided the heavy gauge wires is that all of the car's ignition wires are small gauge and I am trying to keep the install as tidy as possible with as few harnesses as possible plugged in.

I tried what you had suggested, and also did the same with the accessory wire but the vehicle still continues to do the same. Any help would be appreciated! I must have this car finished by tomorrow.

are you sure the bypass is programmed correctly? try unplugging the bypass and remote start the car with the key resting in the key cylinder, if all of your wiring is correct then the car should start right up. if not then you have some wiring issues.

I have reprogrammed the module several times, just reflashed the module too. I don't think it will work without the bypass because there is no actual start wire, it's controlled by the bypass. I'll give it a try.

What wires from the DB-ALL are connected to the car? 12 pin connector and 14 pin connector.

14/1, CAN to OBDII pin 1, (green)
14/7 to 12/9
14/8 to 12/8, both to plug side pin 2 green ignition connector (schematic shows pin 5) (white R code tested 12v @ input, 4v @ ignition, 0v @ accessory, 3v @ start)
14/9 R code car side same wire as above
14/10 car side of RED / white wire from black ignition plug
14/11 plug side of 12v RED / white wire from black ignition plug
none from 10 pin plug
and D2D

I believe your 14/8 and 12/8 should go to the car side of the wire.
The diagram shows that wire to be cut. The diagram looks to be missing the dashed line.

Correct. I do have it that way just typed wrong. I did find out I had my ACC and IGN switched. I turned them back but still same issue.
