audi/vw transponder bypass

I was wondering if anyone knows why idatalink or fortin can't create a bypass without using a valid ignition key? I've been doing remote starts for about a decade but cant figure out why there's not a solution without a key. I could call them and ask them but I figured I would save my time on hold if someone knows why.I drink current, eat ohms, and bleed voltage

Its not an easy encryption like a NA vehicle, its more complex. TECHNICALLY they have cracked the codes on these vehicles but the programming procedure takes 30-45 minutes when your in the same building as their server, so who knows what kind of lag you are taking about over the internet. Also I was told there were legal issues with it as well, however I don't know if that story was completely accurate.
