Is this connected D2D?
Put a DMM on the on the Ignition output of the 5704 when trying to remote start.
If there is no output, you may have to connect the H3/6 Red wire. This is the 12 volt input for the Ignition output.
I did a 2010 Jeep Liberty recently, D2D, and that diagram did not list connecting the ignition input wire of the remote starter. After testing, I connected the H3/6 and the it worked.

Could you list all of your connections from the 5704 to the car and your DB-ALL connections. Also the connections of the 556uw.
Are your connections soldered or crimped?
Are you getting any flashes from the parking lights? If so how many?

The 556uw blue wire is connected to the blue status wire of the remote start. The remote start h3/6 wire of the viper 5704 is connected to constant to power the ignition pink
