viper 5704 in 1985 mustang gt

I just stumbled upon this wealth of information, and thought it would only be appropriate to see if I could get some answers to simplify my install. I have a 1985 Mustang GT, which is the last year of the carburetor. With that being said, remote start will be almost useless unless the car is fully warmed up. I do plan on eventually doing a stand-alone E.F.I. setup, so I would like the remote start to be wired in. I do not see much in the way of information on my car, probably being it is as old as it is. Would there be any tips or tricks I should be aware of seeing as this is my first security system/remote start install? Thank you in advance, Chris. The Car;

It is possible to do a remote start in a carb'ed vehicle.  You could use an AUX output to trigger a relay that

controlled a solenoid that would be installed in such a way to hit the carb's throttle butterfly and prime it and set the choke ( to simulate depressing the gas pedal prior to a cold engine remote start )...
