python 5706p

I have installed a python 5706 and everything is working fine and like it should but the led on the control/valet button stays on solid all the time. It stays on like it is in valet mode but it is not in valet mode. I have put it in valet mode and back out of valet many times just to see if that would make any difference but no change in the led light. Does anyone have any idea of what may cause this ?

Did you try pressing the F button twice and then the UNLOCK button? Try that see if that works.When all else fails, Read the Instructions

Thank you for the help but like I said I have put in valet mode and back out of it many time . I have done this with remote and also used the control button to put it in valet and back out of valet many times . It will go into valet mode and come back out of valet mode but the led stays on solid either way in or out of valet . I Havel even went as far as disconnecting all the wiring except the control harness and the power harness. When I did that the remote door locks still work and the blue light was still on. It just ask like whatever turns the LED on inside the main controller is telling it to stay on even though it is not in valet mode . Everything functions correctly I can even go in and change the programming modes with the control button but the LED light will not turn off no matter what I do.
