starter kill location on newer gms?

I install gps/starter disable units for car dealerships that kill the starter wire with a relay. I have a 09 Malibu and it has no starter wire. Experienced installers, where would you disable the starter? Under the hood at the starter or fuse box? Just curious if there is a easier way to disable the starter wire without getting under the hood. Thank you!!
