Hi, I searched here, google, and over on Audiovox's site.  I can't find the manual for this Passlock bypass.

techservices.audiovox.com did you try there?
Also, the AS-GM4 has the exact same connector an pinout as the DEI 555L, although with completely different wiring colors.
So, if you could find a 555L guide, you could use that, going by pin locations instead of colors.

Yeah, that's what I meant when I said I tried Audivox's site. As far as the pinout, I saw the post about it being the same but is the programming/learn procedure the same too?

Should be all the same. There isn't really any fancy programming. Just install, and start the car with the key and let it run for a few seconds.
Might not be a bad idea to start/run the car several times before using the remote starter, for good measure.
I've transferred used AS-GM4 from one Passlock II car to another, and it worked fine.

Yep.  It worked.  Thx.  Still, if someone has or comes across the pdf for the ASGM4 lemme know.  I looked all over Audiovox's site and used their model search page but coulnd't find it.
