I've done that year Murano a few times. The last 2 times were with the evo all. I used a 1-button remote start Avital 4113. One of them I installed D2D. It was my first D2D install ever. A month later I got a call back it wasn't working. Changed the install over to W2W and never heard back since...
Things I remember:
To get to the back of the push to start button, look up the radio install guide on Metra's website. You can sort of get to the harness without removing the button, but its tight.
In the 2 I did, I got constant from behind the fuse box. Its an 8 guage white wire. Its next to metal so be careful.
You need an ignition source, I just probed the front of the fusebox till I found one.
The drivers door pin on the last one had a different color then listed. I pulled the door Pin(Torx screw) and got the wire from there and found it in the kick/running board
Positive parking lights I got at one of the switch harness's from the switch's in the knee bolster panel. Nissan Positive Parking lights are usually also found at an illuminated switch, same color- ?RED / blue?
Everything else is pretty much straight forward. The Evo-All works great on this car. On take over they don't even need to put the key in the slot as they normally would. They just get in the car and drive away... Pretty cool!
