Purchased the Viper 211HV because it got got great ratings overall but I had no idea the Documentation was so bad. I have it working but this build is from scratch and I would like to use 5 wire actuators to lock and unlock from both the drivers and passanger sided. I can lock and unlock the doors just fine with remotes, but how do I wire in the switches in the actuators. I have created a Visio of my current install. please advise someone.

It looks like you are using internal relays on the module to do the 5 wire switching. That will complicate things. You can either buy old style 5 wire door lock switches (like the old GM switches) or you can convert your current system to use external relays and then use low current SPST switches to trigger the relays. Alternatively, if you don't mind a little soldering, you can open up the brain and determine which two relays are for the door locks and solder a wire to the switched coil side and use a low current switch to energize the internal relays.
The reason the documentation is so bad is because that unit is intended to be sold to trained professionals that have access to detailed installation instructions. Viper alarms are not meant to be sold and installed by end users.

Kevin thanks for the response. Im using the 524F actuators on the front doors which has a microswitch built in so i can lock the door using the door lock plunger. with that movment a switch is thrown and all the other doors will lock or unlock depending on which way the plunger is moved. I have this working except for the switches. Im not sure how in bring the switching into the circuit. Also if i want to use progresive unlock will i need a third relay I am using the two internal relays.
Thanks Tonyk
