Installed Avital 4113 and xpress kit DBALL2 on 06 Altima. Everything is working fine expect the parking lights do not turn on. I have connected the white fused H1/9 wire to the RED / blue wire going to the rear of the car from the driver side kick panel. Since Altima parking lights are + current in nature. I have selected the right jumper combination on the Avital brain.
Has anyone else had this problem and how did you fix this.

Check that you have a POS coming out on the white wire, if you have try hard wiring that to the lights.
Often get "glitches" with DB-ALL where advertised functions don't work, one has to hardwire as a work around.
Test before boxing up.

Just checked there is no voltage or current coming out on the white wire from the remote starter. Multimeter is showing zero.

I am assuming that I will need to hardwire the parking light input (10 wire harness) from dball2 to the parking light output of the Avital brain leaving the d2d wire in place?
The same parking light output wire from the Avital brain will also connect to the same RED / blue wire of the car?

That white output isn't constant it's only 12v+ when you perform functions which flash the lights. If there's no voltage at the white wire when you perform these functions, lock R/S etc., then you have a faulty R/S. The DB-ALL parking light input will be the same if D2D orW2W, no difference.
I've just noticed on the DB-ALL programming instructions that you can disable parking lights, might that be the case?
Test before boxing up.

I will hard reset the dball2 and reprogram paying special attention to the features and options and then report back. Thanks
