Hi all.
We installed a Viper 4105v and an xpresskit dball2 (with the correct firmware installed) into my 02 silverado. After a friend of mine tried to moved stuff around to make placement better it no longer works. I tried to remote start and all it does constant clicking and the head and tail lights flick. I've tried unhooking the battery and once you hook it back up it resumes clicking constantly. The red light on the end flashes with each click the viper module makes. I found that unhooking the harness with the 9 wires stops it but once you reinstall that it goes back to clicking. Pulling the power from it also stops it until you plug that back in. Any ideas as to what is causing this? My looks no longer work either from the remote. If I start the truck with the key it just keeps on clicking. The install manual says that I should be able to get into shutdown diagnostic mode but I can't even do that and its not a set amount of clicks, its just constant until you pull the power.
Thanks in advance for any help!

When you say "we installed..." I take it as you and your friend.
I would suggest rechecking the connections you made to see if something came loose. Especially the ground. Hopefully the connection were soldered and not scotch locked.
Short of listing all of the wire connections from the Viper, DB-ALL, and the Silverado, who knows.
When all else fails, Read the Instructions
