Hello! I have a problem with my viper 5902 remote start wiring . I have made all the necessary wiring but I don't understand something regarding the extra relay which goes to ignition switch plug: where I have to connect relay number 30 pin? To number 3 pin at the ignition switch plug or I have to let it free and no wiring? Because the xpresskit picture for vw dball type 2A said that I had to cut the wire between relay pin number 30 and pin 3 (GREEN/ red) from the ignition switch plug and I didn't undersand what it means. Maybe someone could help me. Thank you in advance!2008 passat b6 3c viper 5902 and dball -- posted image.

You cut that wire. The plug side goes to 87a the other cut side to 30. Absolutely nothing to do with the internal relay.
The two wires from the 5902, green and violet are from the internal relay. If you want to use them, at the G plug, cut the RED / black at pin 1, green to plug side, violet (purple) to other side.
Here's a BIG time and trouble saving hint, substitute ALL the 9 heavy gauge wires at H3 for the following 5 all you need is 1 mm max. Red, Re/black, pink green and violet, join the red to RED / black and fuse with 15amps.

I made all necessary wiring ,but now I have another problem. I activated remote start, I remove the key from the ignition, the engine is stil running and I stop the engine using the remote but then, when I try to activate the remote start , the ignition is on for 3 times, but the engine does not start and remote shows me an error message : "tach signal too low". What does it mean?

Never worked it out, try taking tach from an injector, you have 4 sets, each with two wires, one wire colour is common to all, use one of the other colours.
In the meantime as a temporary measure, try programming it as virtual tach.
