Can you use a Avital 4003 R/S add on Module on a 2006 Ford F150?

You'll need a transponder bypass but yes you can use a 4003 on a F-150, be sure to have an aftermarket alarm or have a keyless entry system.

Thanks Catback. The truck has the factory alarm and keyless. Can I still use the 4003? I have an idatalink ADS-AL CA but it's programmed for a Toyota Highlander. Can I reprogram it to work as a bypass for the 2006 F150?

Yes the ADS-ALCA can be reflashed with firmware for the F-150 if you have the ADS-USB cable to do so. Yes the 4003 can be made to work with the factory alarm, you'll be using the activation input wire and be tying it into the drivers lock motor wire. Program the 4003 for 3 pulses for remote start activation and bobs your uncle.
