I wired the remote starter wires to the ignition if I press on the clutch, car will start if I press on the remote button. How do I wire the clutch to where I keep it stock but able to use the ability to remote start the car with the use of the alarm system also car wire diagram says that car has a 3rd ignition what wire do I slpice in to it ?

A properly installed remote starter will not interfere with the normal operation of the vehicles clutch interlock switch.  This is a very important safety feature and must remain operational.  Your goal is to install a clutch bypass that will only function during a remote start.  I don't have any specific info on your vehicle but here is a DEI TechTip that explains it pretty well.  https://www.the12volt.com/installbay/file.asp?ID=1074  You can use this info to determine which type clutch interlock you have and add the correct / necessary circuit.

The Viper 5901 is manual transmission "safe" when installed and programmed correctly.  Besides the clutch bypass, you must run the Viper in Manual Transmission Mode and with Engine Checking set to Tach Mode.  There is a specific engine shutdown process called "Reservation Mode" that sets the car up for a remote start-up that must be done each time the car is turned off ( if you wish to remote start it the next time around ).

Soldering is fun!
