I am going to install Autopage RS730 LCD on my 2012 Ford Fusion in a few day. While I have figured out most of the wiring, I still have some questions. Any input is appreciated.
1.     I think I will wiring everything correctly and then program the idatalink ADS ALCA, and program Autopage last. Is it the correct way to do it? Someone said that idatalink bypass module needs to be disconnected and program again?
2.     I bought dual zone motion sensor and tilt sensor. While Autopage RS730 doesn’t have compatible connectors, I think I just need to cut the connectors and connect the wires to corresponding wires of the shock sensor comes with the alarm. Do I need to use diodes to isolate them? Since they are all ground when triggered, I think diodes may not be necessary. Should I get audio sensor? I think the function of shock sensor covers that of audio sensor, right?
3.     Does anyone know if it works by just connecting disarm wire of my car to that of Autopage, or do I have to use the method mentioned in DEI technical bulletin 1098?
4.     As for the door trigger wire in the alarm, some people just wire it to the courtesy lamp, but I also read that someone wire it to all the four door triggers and isolate them with diode. Which method is better?
5.     The hood and trunk triggers in my Fusion are grounded when closed, but the alarm system needs ground trigger when hood or trunk are opened. Is there a way to work around? I considered using relays, but if the relays fail, it will cause false alarm.

6.     The following picture shows the function of the wires of a 20 Pin connector. I have not used the circled ones. Are any of them can be utilized? I wonder if I can wire some of them up so that I can control defroster or heated seat using the fob, like the BK-GN wire of Pin 7 can be programed to “to send a ground signal for any time interval between 1 second and 2 minutes”. Does anyone know how I can wire it to control defroster?

My car is 2012 Ford Fusion SEL V6 3.0L FWD.
Another idea: I plan to connect the siren to the horn wires, and connect horn output of the alarm to the horn switch wire. Will that cause any problem?
